01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and plusph44 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform," "the Operator"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at plusph44.club and all associated subdomains, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the plusph44 website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with the plusph44 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

plusph44 operates under Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR licensing guidelines. These Terms are drafted in English and governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Where a conflict arises between these Terms and any promotional material or communication, these Terms shall prevail.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the plusph44 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations for casino-style online gaming in the Philippines;
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and while accessing the Platform;
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of plusph44 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors;
• You are not a resident of, and are not accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person;
• You have not previously been excluded from, or had your account closed by, plusph44 for any violation of these Terms.

03 Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming at plusph44, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) plusph44 account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person, household, device, IP address, or payment method are prohibited. Duplicate accounts identified by plusph44 will be closed, and any balance in the duplicate account(s) may be forfeited.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3. KYC Verification: Prior to processing withdrawals above the standard verification threshold, and at any time at plusph44's sole discretion, we may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a UMID card, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or voter's ID) and, where required, a proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
4. Verification Delays: plusph44 will make reasonable efforts to complete KYC verification promptly. However, we shall not be liable for any delays in the processing of withdrawals arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable KYC documentation submitted by the Player.
5. Account Transferability: plusph44 accounts are personal to the registered holder and are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your account or any credits, winnings, or bonuses associated therewith.

04 Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your plusph44 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account.

You agree to: (a) choose a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service; (b) enable two-factor authentication where available; (c) log out of your plusph44 account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices; (d) notify plusph44 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account.

plusph44 reserves the right to require re-authentication, KYC re-verification, or other security checks at any time, including when unusual activity or login patterns are detected on your account. All login activity, including device type, browser, and approximate location (based on IP address), is logged for security and compliance purposes.

05 Deposits & Payment Methods

plusph44 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI online transfer, BDO online transfer, Metrobank online transfer, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may change at any time without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱20 (Philippine Pesos, twenty). This minimum applies across all standard payment methods unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Currency: All transactions on the plusph44 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). plusph44 does not accept deposits in foreign currency, cryptocurrency, or any form of digital token.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or borrowed funds are strictly prohibited. Deposits identified as originating from a source other than the registered account holder may be refunded without prior notice.
• Deposit Limits: plusph44 may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and account verification status. You may set personal deposit limits at any time via your account settings.
• No Cash Deposits: plusph44 does not accept cash deposits. All deposits must be made electronically via an approved payment channel.
• Deposit Fees: plusph44 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party transaction fees, if any, are determined by your payment provider and are outside plusph44's control.

Deposits are credited to your plusph44 balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Credit times vary by payment method: GCash and Maya deposits typically credit within 60 seconds; bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on network conditions.

06 Withdrawals

Subject to the conditions set out in these Terms, plusph44 will process withdrawal requests from verified accounts to approved Philippine payment methods. The following terms apply to all withdrawals:

1. KYC Completion: Withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be held pending the completion of such verification. plusph44 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.
2. Withdrawal to Original Source: Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit ("reverse withdrawal"). Where this is not technically possible, an alternative Philippine payment method registered in your name may be used.
3. Processing Times: Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes for fully verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or in connection with regulatory compliance reviews.
4. Pending Wagering Requirements: Withdrawal requests submitted while active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled will be subject to the applicable wagering requirement rules. See Section 7 for details.
5. Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the Account section of the plusph44 platform. These limits may vary by account verification tier.
6. AML Compliance: In compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR regulations, plusph44 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of a compliance review. You may be required to provide additional documentation in this context.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

plusph44 offers various bonus offers and promotional incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly provide otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (where applicable) are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso and may only be used on eligible game categories as specified in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each promotion.
• Welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers are available only to players who have not previously claimed the specific promotion. Circumventing this restriction through multiple accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• plusph44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. In cases where a bonus has already been credited to an account, the existing bonus terms will continue to apply for that specific bonus instance.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or otherwise manipulate bonus terms — including, but not limited to, using low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements while preserving bonus funds — will be considered bonus abuse. plusph44 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account.

08 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the plusph44 platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In addition, the following general gaming terms apply across all game categories:

• Random Number Generation: All electronic random outcomes (slots, virtual games, RNG table games) on plusph44 are produced by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified by an accredited third-party audit laboratory. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, wheels, dice) under the supervision of live dealers in certified studios.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, plusph44 will endeavor to resolve the issue and, where possible, restore the game to its pre-interruption state. Where this is not possible, the affected round will be voided and the player's wager refunded. plusph44 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Erroneous Odds or Results: In the event of a manifest error in any game — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, payout tables, or game rules — plusph44 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. Winnings paid as a result of a manifest error are not valid and may be reclaimed from the player's account balance.
• Bet Acceptance: Placement of a wager does not guarantee its acceptance. plusph44 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that exceed account limits or those placed in circumstances suggesting irregular activity.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the plusph44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one plusph44 account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Depositing or using funds derived from criminal, fraudulent, or illegal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game, prediction, or betting system on the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with casino staff;
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other conduct prohibited under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your payment provider in bad faith;
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or credentials to access or operate a plusph44 account;
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or any other method designed to obscure your actual location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the plusph44 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, software interfaces, text, images, audio, video, and proprietary technology — is owned by or licensed to plusph44 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the plusph44 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent from plusph44; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software underlying the Platform; (c) use the plusph44 name, logo, or branding in any way not expressly authorized by these Terms.

11 Responsible Gaming

plusph44 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. As a condition of continued access to the Platform, you agree to engage with available responsible gaming tools where necessary, and to notify plusph44 if you believe you are experiencing gambling-related harm.

plusph44 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time via Account Settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit into your plusph44 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive on-screen alerts as you approach your limit.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net profit/loss.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the cool-off period, access to gaming features is restricted.
• Voluntary Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect within minutes of a verified request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

For players who require external support, we recommend contacting appropriate counseling and support resources available in the Philippines. plusph44 cooperates with PAGCOR's responsible gaming program and applicable player protection guidelines.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plusph44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

plusph44's total liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you in your plusph44 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

plusph44 makes no representations or warranties as to the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. We shall not be liable for service disruptions arising from scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party network failures, or regulatory requirements.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

plusph44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Discovery that the registered player is under 21 years of age;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other illegal activity;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith against plusph44;
• Use of the account in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or plusph44 staff;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority;
• Extended account inactivity (account dormancy of more than 12 consecutive months).

In the event of account closure due to a regulatory or legal requirement, or confirmed player request, any remaining balance (less applicable deductions under these Terms) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any required compliance review. Balances in accounts closed for cause (e.g., fraud, bonus abuse) may be forfeited in whole or in part at plusph44's discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

plusph44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email to the registered address or via a prominently displayed notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of 14 days where practicable.

Your continued use of the plusph44 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease all use of the Platform and notify plusph44 of your request to close your account prior to the amendment's effective date. Any wagers placed or deposits made after the effective date of amended Terms are subject to the amended Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and plusph44, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. Most account and transaction disputes are resolved within 5 business days of formal submission to our support team.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila. If the dispute relates to the operation of licensed gaming activity, the matter may additionally be referred to PAGCOR for regulatory review in accordance with applicable procedures.
