01 About This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by plusph44 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform," "the Operator") and governs the collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of personal information provided by or collected from individuals ("you," "Player," "User") who access or use the plusph44 online gaming platform at plusph44.club and any associated services.

02 Who We Are — Data Controller

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, plusph44 acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of the personal data collected through the plusph44 platform. As PIC, plusph44 determines the purposes and means by which personal data is processed.

Where plusph44 engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf (for example, payment processors, identity verification services, and cloud infrastructure providers), such parties act as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) under data processing agreements that contractually bind them to process data only in accordance with plusph44's instructions and in compliance with RA 10173.

03 Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

• Marketing Communications: Where you have provided consent, to send you information about promotions, bonuses, new games, and other plusph44 offers via email or SMS. You may withdraw this consent at any time;
• Platform Improvement: To analyze aggregated usage data and player behavior patterns for the purpose of improving the plusph44 user experience, game selection, and platform performance.

plusph44 will not use your personal data for any purpose not listed above without first obtaining your explicit consent or establishing a separate lawful basis under RA 10173.

06 Disclosure of Your Personal Data

6.1 Service Providers and Personal Information Processors

6.3 Business Transfers

09 Data Retention

plusph44 retains personal data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law and regulations. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active plusph44 account, plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and AMLA record-keeping requirements.
• KYC and Identity Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the last transaction on your account, in compliance with AMLA and PAGCOR requirements.
• Transaction and Gaming Records: Financial transaction records and gaming activity logs are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in accordance with AMLA, BIR, and PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
• Support Communications: Records of customer support interactions are retained for three (3) years from the date of closure of the relevant support case.
• Marketing Consent Records: Records of your marketing communication consent (or withdrawal thereof) are retained for as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance with RA 10173's consent requirements.

10 International Data Transfers

plusph44 primarily stores and processes player data within the Philippines. However, in connection with the operation of the Platform, some personal data may be transferred to and processed by service providers in other jurisdictions — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or game software providers whose servers are located outside the Philippines.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, plusph44 ensures that such transfers are conducted in compliance with RA 10173, including by: (a) transferring data only to countries or organizations that provide an adequate level of data protection as determined by the NPC; or (b) implementing appropriate contractual safeguards (such as standard data protection clauses) with the receiving party to ensure that your data is protected to a standard equivalent to that required under Philippine law.

By using the plusph44 platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed in jurisdictions outside the Philippines as described in this Section, subject to the safeguards described herein.

12 Children & Minors

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered an account or submitted personal information to plusph44 without your knowledge, please contact our support team immediately via live chat at plusph44.club or via the email address in Section 15. We will investigate and take appropriate action as quickly as possible.

13 Third-Party Links

The plusph44 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services in connection with payment processing or other platform functions. This Privacy Policy applies solely to the personal data collected and processed by plusph44 through the plusph44.club platform and does not extend to any third-party websites or services.

plusph44 is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access in connection with your use of plusph44, including the privacy policies of GCash, Maya, and any bank partners through which you process payments.

14 Changes to This Privacy Policy

plusph44 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, NPC guidelines, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. When we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify registered players by email to the registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the plusph44 platform, with a reasonable advance notice period where practicable.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will be revised whenever material changes are made. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the plusph44 platform after the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Where changes require your fresh consent under RA 10173 — for example, a new processing purpose that is materially different from those originally consented to — we will request your explicit consent before implementing the new processing activity in respect of your personal data.
